How do I place an order?

After selecting the desired products, add them to the shopping basket. To review your basket and complete the order, place the cursor on the basket icon on the top right.
• The order can be completed either by creating an account or as a visitor. To complete the order, press the PLACE ORDER button
• Choose the payment method by clicking on one of the available options.
Upon completion of the order, a confirmation page appears, with the buying summary and the order number.

Can I add items to the order I just placed?

If the order has been completed you can not add another product, you will have to place a new order and contact us by phone.

Is VAT included in the listed prices?

VAT is included in all listed prices.

What are the cooperating transport companies?

For purchases in Greece and abroad, the company cooperates with ELTA.

When will my order be delivered and what is the cost?

• For shipments within Greece, shipping is free of charge for orders over 30 €. For orders under 30 € the cost is 3 €. Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
• For shipments in Europe,shipping is free of charge for orders over 150 €. For orders under 150 € the cost is 9 €. The delivery time is 4-5 business days.
• For international shipments, shipping is free for orders over 200 €. For orders of under € 200 the cost is 12 €. Delivery time is 8-10 business days.

Can I track my order?

In case your order has been shipped, the Voucher number will be communicated to you via e-mail so that you can track your order through the web-tracking service of the courier company.

In case you are absent, two other efforts will be made by the transport company (ELTA). If the shipment fails, the parcel is returned.
