Returns and exchanges can only be made to orders within Greece.

Products must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. The product must be intact with its tabs.

3. Refund can be made by credit or with the original payment method. In any case, the customer is charged with the postage fees.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The primary mission of athinagkini.com is to deliver the products you ordered at the right quality, quantity and time so that you are always fully satisfied with your cooperation with us.

So, if any of the above has not been met, then please contact us by phone at +30 210-3256420, (Business hours, excluding public holidays), or by email at info@athinagkini.com. We, based on the following guidelines but above all for your own service, will take all necessary steps to resolve potential problems that may have arisen with your order.

If you find that the product delivered to you has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return it. Refunds of products that are considered defective upon delivery will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product should be intact and have all the original accompanying documents (eg DAT, Retail Receipt and so on) as well as full packaging. If a defect is found after delivery and the packaging has not been kept or if the packaging of the product was taken by the couriers at the time of delivery, it is not necessary to return the package the product.

In these cases, the following apply:

– The product is picked up and checked to determine the reported error

– Provided those have been previously received and checked by they company, the item(s) will be replaced with a similar new one, or if it is not available with another new product of the same quality and price, or it will be replaced with another product or products up to the amount you paid or at an additional cost if you wish.In the case you do not wish the item to be replaced, you will be refunded for the original price and by the same payment method.

– More specifically, in the case you have paid with credit card, we will notify the bank about the cancelation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to the actions stipulated by your contract with it without any further liability of the company. After the notification, the company will not hold any responsibility regarding the timing and manner of the execution of the settlement, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract.

– The shipping costs for both the return of the defective products to the company as well as the delivery of the replacement product back to you are handled by us.

– In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the company has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally proceed to wholly or partially offset this claim against the customer.
